Over half of workers feel ‘disconnected from their colleagues’, study says
With the rise of hybrid work, it might not be terribly surprising to hear that lower-level employees feel somewhat disconnected from their co-workers and in particular, their senior leadership.
In this article on Ragan.com, a study conducted by NovoEd is cited – among its findings, lower-level employees are impacted the most, particularly because of isolation, and because chances to learn on the job have taken a hit. The article goes on to say that if an organization wants to avoid the disconnect these respondents are concerned about, giving chances for advancement through continuing education and growth on the company ladder can be a big part of that.
