Who Is It For?
This course is designed for L&D leaders who have either influence or decision-making power for adopting AI tools at their organization, to help them design a strategic plan for generative AI adoption.
Generative AI is the iPhone of this generation. Not since the smartphone have we seen technology with this transformative capacity across industries — and it’s only just beginning.
Join us for a 2-week journey, hosted on the NovoEd learning platform, where you’ll learn more about Generative AI and connect with a community of explorers and learning leaders adopting the latest GenAI tools. This short-form, primer course is a place to begin your journey in developing expertise. We’ll also introduce more resources and avenues for your continued exploration on GenAI.
Featuring leaders from corporate organizations including 3M, Marriott, and Baker Hughes, Craig Weiss (industry analyst), and other experts, you’ll hear perspectives on how thought leaders are blazing a trail with GenAI.
Participants from this course will develop greater awareness of the possibilities of GenAI and will leave with a GenAI Blueprint, detailing the current and future states of how GenAI can impact their organizations. All participants will have the opportunity to have a “sneak peek” into the NovoEd product roadmap, as we adopt GenAI tools to enhance our own course development and learner experiences. A select group will have the opportunity to get “hands on” with NovoEd GenAI tools and provide feedback regarding the future of the NovoEd GenAI feature set.
It did what it said on the box! I learned more about GenAI tools in an L&D context and documented ways to explore integrating these more into my organization.
4 of 5 course completers state they are now confident in understanding what GenAI is and its implications for their organizations, and can implement and improve a strategic plan for their organizations’ implementation of GenAI. Here’s what the course includes.

First, be sure you really want to unenroll – often people think they’re behind and can’t catch up, when in fact that’s not the case. The course will stay open for at least 4 weeks after the official two-week run, and you have all that time to complete your project. If, however, you truly do want to unenroll, please contact lxgenai@novoed.com. Please be advised, though, that any progress made in the current course will not transfer to future cohorts.
That’s OK! We will hold the course open for at least another 4 weeks after the course officially concludes.
LXGenAI is designed to take 2 to 2-1/2 weeks and about 4-7 hours of your time, but we understand that for some, it’s not feasible to complete the course in that time. For this reason, we usually keep the course open for a total of 6 weeks.
It’s all right! We completely understand you may have scheduling conflicts, and that the times may not work for those in other time zones. We record the sessions, and usually have them loaded into the course within 36 hours after the live event. And you can still earn points by viewing them!
