Charlie has a background in management consulting and software technology implementation.
Before joining NovoEd, Charlie worked for ZS Associates, where he specialized in market research, designing and conducting large-scale quantitative surveys and qualitative methods including in-depth interviews and focus groups. Charlie is passionate about the professional learning field, and served as Editor in Chief of Class Central, where he conducted interviews with University professors who have launched online courses to hundreds of thousands of learners around the world.
Charlie holds an MBA from the University of Michigan.
