The First Early Trend of 2023: “Confusion” Around Cohort-Based Learning


The first trend of early 2023, claims Craig Weiss of The Craig Weiss Group, is cohort-based learning and the fact that many vendors are creating confusion around the term.
In this article by The Craig Weiss Group — an analyst, consulting and advisory organization — Weiss posits that most vendors pitch their solutions as cohort-based learning, but that it really doesn’t exist in today’s solutions — with the sole exception being NovoEd. “NovoEd for example,” he says, “is a cohort-based learning system, with nearly all the components to be 100% truly (which is a plus).”
