Sara has more than 20 years’ experience delivering global solutions across Technology, Professional Services, Industrial, Aviation, Healthcare, Transportation, Energy and Finance Industries. Currently, Sara leads development for technical talent, digital upskilling and professional skills for all Johnson & Johnson employees. She is responsible for strategies for portfolio interventions and solutions that enable acceleration of skilling / upskilling ensuring development opportunities are democratized and accessible to all J&J employees.
Previously, Sara was the Senior Director, Digital Learning Strategist, for PwC. She was accountable for leading the learning strategy for PwC’s digital transformation New World, New Skills, inclusive of learning applications and immersive training programs for staff and Partners to develop storytelling, data analysis, visualization and automation skills that enabled a more diverse, tech-skilled workforce and supported creating groundbreaking digital solutions for clients.
Prior to joining PwC, Sara was the Digital Learning and Technology Leader for General Electric’s Crotonville Learning and Development Organization. She was responsible for leading GE’s digital learning strategy and on-going development of award-winning, social learning platform, BrilliantYOU™ (GE’s Digital University).
Sara is an eminent speaker at various conferences, including SXSW, IMPACT, Masie, and CLO Symposium, and has received three Brandon Hall Award Gold Awards and Excellence Award by ATD. Sara is a graduate of Florida State University, with a M.S. in Instructional System Design and B.S. in Communication for Business. She serves on the board for the United Way of Northeast Florida, Pine Castle Inc. and is an active volunteer in her community.
